FlexMagic Consulting, Inc. is a consulting firm with a focus on compliance, communication and administration of tax-free benefits to companies and employees. FlexMagic specializes in Premium-Only-Plans, Flexible Benefit Plans, Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Health Savings Account Integration (HSA) and Third-Party Administration Services (including Debit Cards).
FlexMagic Consulting, Inc. was originally part of Lidke & Associates, Inc. (since 1987) and became an independent company in 2003.
Michele Owens, CEO and shareholder manages the Centennial Office and all departments related to sales, marketing, accounting, client services and third-party administration. Michele has over 10 years experience working with tax-free benefits and is also a frequent speaker and broker resource for these important benefit options.
Liza Fulton CFC, CSA, President and founder of FlexMagic Consulting, Inc. is a recognized expert in Flexible Benefit Plans and other employee benefit programs tailored for the various stages of life. She is the author of Your Guide To Child Care Savings (original version 1986, revised version 1995). Ms. Fulton is a frequent speaker and educator on tax-free benefits and has been a guest on the Today Show and quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Working Mother Magazine and CFO Magazine.
