WHAT FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY FLEXMAGIC CONSULTING, INC.?

FlexMagic Consulting can help employers determine if a Flexible Benefit Plan can work for them. We help design, communicate, administer and support a Flexible Benefit plan to meet a company's specific needs. There are a number of consulting options available.

Consulting Services / Basic Package
Our Basic Services Consulting Package is specially designed to meet the needs of the small employer. It includes: a plan design phone consultation, plan document and summary plan description, enrollment materials (English and/or Spanish), administration guidebook, employee educational on-line Flash presentations, completion of year-end discrimination tests, periodic UpDate Newsletters and unlimited phone and e-mail support during the plan year (800# provided) are all included in the basic package. Refresher Class training is provided in Englewood, Colorado and clients may also purchase a video training of the Refresher Class.

Higher level consulting services or custom designed consulting services are modified to meet the needs of larger employer group. Contact us for details and a fee quote.

Flexible Benefit Plan Administration Support
We offer administrative support in two ways:
  1. Third-Party Administration Services
    We review Flexible Benefit Plan claims and calculate reimbursement values by employee. Employers can then reimburse spending account dollars via direct deposit, add them to the employee paycheck or prepare a company check. Debit Card option also available.
  2. Compliance and technical support for your existing reimbursement method
